Our corned beef is home cured and slow roasted and we use it in our delicious Corned Beef Hash, our juicy Reuben Sandwiches and our unbelievable Hash Benedict. We offer an extensive Eggs Benedict Menu, that features a fresh made buttery Hollandaise Sauce topped with the ultimate Poached Egg. Our fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes are scratch made and we serve our own house blend of coffee. We bake our own White, Wheat, Texas and Cinnamon Raisin Bread and any of these can be made into scrumptious French Toast.
