Diaz Restaurant (Lethbridge): Diaz Restaurant has been established since February 2012. We prepare Canadian cuisine with Cuban infusion, everything made fresh on site which adds flavor and uniqueness to all of our dishes. The chef, having come from Cuba adds his own taste, intriguing and satisfying the palate. We strive to provide a product with quality ingredients supplied from local businesses, as well as a warm and relaxing atmosphere for a pleasurable dining experience.
