Chocodiem (Clinton): Owners Jean-Paul and Eveline Hepp travel the world to find the best cacao beans in order to make the best quality chocolates for the customers. Both have taken classes in Canada, Belgium, Switzerland, and Ecuador, and several online courses and plan to visit other countries as well. Being experienced biologists, they hope to protect the genetic diversity of cacao beans through their work.
